Cooking a whole wild turkey on the pellet grill for a juicy wild game meal! Josh: Oyeah you cant beat a pellet smoker especially if you have children. It makes life so much easier when chasing kids. And any one that doesn't brine your turkeys you dont no what your missing brine is the way to go for flavor and moisture. And the brine mixture osg used was a lot like the one i use but i use brown suger instead of regular suger as usual great video. And i cant say it enough how the heck you still haven't hit a million is beyond me man. O well a lot of people missing out on some damn good content.

Between the cookies and OSG's delicious gravy. welcome to dad bod! :P Remember, dark meat can take higher heat. no problem! When I do chicken thighs. they stay meat side down for 90% of the time. in and out of the cooking zone. Last 10% is to crisp the skin. Good job!

Hey comments are on. Take the breast and cube it, soak in buttermilk for a couple hours and batter with seasoned flour, we use house of autrys chicken breading. Then fry lightly.

A good brine is key for wild turkey especially the dark meat. I have had some that tasted like straight up pine needles. Great job Justin keep it up and grats on the new baby.

You need to invest in some grill gloves, to avoid the camping nightmare scenario. Plus, you said taking your kids Elk Hunting, or in your case site seeing.

When there s no fat you have to add it. I rub the inside and outside with oil or butter, then put a foil tent loose over the bird th help hold moisture.

Anyone that takes only the breast and wastes the rest, needs to have there hunting licence taken away. Nothing wrong with the entire bird!

Love this! For your next treehouse improvement project you should make a built in outdoor kitchen for the green egg and the pellet grill!
