Important: Can I use a cast net to gather bait fish in Bahamas
The use of a net must be specifically authorized. If you wish to use a cast net to gather bait, you must specify that you want to use this kind of gear on the sports fishing permit application form. Once approved the issuing officer will include the use of the cast net when he issues the sports fishing permit. Any such approval will be expressed in writing on the permit.

That new boat of yours looks like it is able to tackle a little bit of everything, seems perfect for that area of the world. Having the right tools for the job makes all the difference. It is pretty cool that you have options to blast over to like the Bahamas. Those tunas can be so hit or miss, but when they are on, it makes it all worth while! Still glad you made the video, keeping it real!

Few if any mention how long it took to make a crossing like that in this case 70 miles I understand that it would vary from one day to another do to whatever issues but it would be fun to know. I for instance would like to make a trip from FL to PR, not in one drive but going up the chain of islands and stopping over night along the way I believe that once you reach St Croix its a 90 mile trip

We want to see videos, regardless if you catch or not catch fish. It is the opportunity to still related to fishing and the outdoors while being couped up in our remote jobs. I have your videos run in the background for audio stimuli and keep my mood good by feeling like I am on the water. I moved away from my home state and it keeps me feeling like I am at home in Florida.

Bro you are being to hard on yourself, fishing is fishing and its not always a guarantee but what a journey! Drop a jig on those floaters. Everyone wants to look for Dolphin but quite often there will be a bunch of teener Wahoos deep under them. What an awesome day it is when you achieve the Bahama level, boat, journey and learning exp is next level

Great relatable video. Anyone that has fished on their own has experienced days like that. I enjoyed seeing the great hustle and attitude that all of you displayed while dealing with the frustration of striking out on tuna and having to fight off sharks all day.

Great video. A true fisherman knows not always about catching. It’s a gift just being out there and doing it! Better days will come. If it was lights out every time it would not be fun! Keep up the great work. Appreciate you guys!

$275. 000 for the boat, $2000 for the fuel, $3-$5G for the gear and no fish. I REALLY appreciate the reality check. Lake Erie walleye in my $40G Scout DC that I’d REALLY like to upgrade sounds awesome right now!

You should troll for the tuna way back and when you hook up then through your chunks and one with a hook in it as you slow down. I have caught alot of those tuna with no birds and the smaller schools have less sharks.

Vik, Brooke, Dennis I have nothing but respect for you guys. Some days you’re catching and some days you’re fishing. But you guys always show on video the truth.
Awesome video! You guys stay safe out there!

Very, very expensive trip I wish you would've show us how your boat handled crossing the golf stream how it handle it maybe next time or was it really rough that you didn't wanna show it lol

In austrailia when there are sharks and they hook a tina they run the boat and try to get the tuna up to the top and basically surfing the tuna away from the sharks and get them to the boat

You make this so interesting and educational. Have you ever thought of selling your videos on line as learning experiences for others Really consider it!

Great video. It’s realistic and authentic to show the times when things don’t go exactly as planned. Everything is a learning experience.
