Brook, Our friends and I went offshore in search of Mahi Mahi also known as Dorado or Dolphin. We found a ton of seaweed offshore and a good amount of fish to go with it! We caught around 10 keeper Dorado with the biggest being 25lbs and the last fish of the day! Hope you enjoy this Catch Clean Cook, the recipe was fire and I highly recommend trying it! Coconut Crusted Mahi, with Black Bean salsa and mango cream sauce! Gear Used

24fps works for me, of course I'm on an 8 tablet! I don't get to watch all the two of you do because of health issues, but this was very good. Being in Iowa, I only get a few frozen varieties of fish and occasionally a bit of alligator tail. Keep up the good videos!

I think this just became one of my favorite things to watch. Catching, cleaning, and cooking your own food? I know it sounds like basics for some lol but for someone whose never done it before this is pretty cool. Just subbed!

I love your videos, and you inspire me so much, and you make me want to fish all the time. I wish I had bigger fish in my city cause I live in Chicago Illinois. I wonder what it would be like to have fish that big in my city.

I love fishing and cooking Dorados in Puerto Rico. Here in Alaska all I get in King, Pink, lingcod, only once got a halibut over 90lbs but I cant wait to get back to PuertoRico and fish me something good.

Video was great, there is only one thing you need to improve on, The Echo in the Kitchen. You need to do some sound deadning. Other than that all is perfect. Nice Bull Dolphin. Keep it up.

I been following, but you're my new go to guy for catch and cook. You appear to be an awesome cook and my wife loves pasta, so I'll try some of your recipes.

I constantly watch your videos, I congratulate you, do you always skin your fish? Is it because of the toxins you may have?
