Barra is super good cooked anyway you like. sauteed in a little oil, seasoned. BUT. Do not eat any Barra bigger than 2-3 lbs. These guys are catching a good size. Who knew there is a slot size. Don't ever eat BIG Barra ever. to much ciguetara.

last time i had barracuda, i just salt and pepper fish put it whole on the grill, turned it for a few times, then got down on it with my friends, one of the best nights ever and one of the best fish as well

who in the world said that was a trash fish. great taste white meat you just have to wash out for the ones on the reefs for the desase they get. your the first I ever heard calling them trash fish

I've grown up to my people loving barracuda, I love em, we just never eat them too big, are family usually dont eat them if they dont jump at least 3 times while fighting them

I watch a ton of c&c videos and nobody EVER checks stomach contents! But that is the most interesting part of cleaning a fish. Instant +1 from me for that

We grew up hearing that if there under 5 lbs you don't eat them cause they eat the smaller size fish with parasites. I've only had smoked cuda and it was good.
