Found REMOTE Island Loaded with Fish! Catch n cook (California Deep Sea Fishing) Luke: Tiny fish as bait that aren t even going to nutrify the bigger fish is a waste and a sin. Esp when the sardine is already food and wasn t even food but a sacrifice. So much bait can be used when filleting your caught fish and their Inards, in head etc etc. Freeze and save and carry to your trips.

Victor: Dumps olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and soy sauce on the vegetables
Also Victor: And you just let the vegetables speak for themselves you know don't dress them up that much they have a lot of flavor.

The sheepshead are very similar to the blackfish (Tautog) from the northeast Ny. They eat the same stuff as well mostly shellfish and the meat even looks similar. They are some of my favorite fish to eat.

There's also a fresh water sheep head you can catch on the Mississippi in the Midwest. It's generally considered a trash fish so it's always interesting to see these videos!

California Sheepheads, Hogfish and Tautog (blackfish) are all closely related wrasse species. The east coast convict sheepsheads are in the Porgy family.
