hi There is a spoon you can buy that does the rice balls specially mde to use in sushi making. You lay the piece of fish then add the rice and you squeeze it and pop it out with a build in lever.
You need to try the sashimi with home made fermented ginger and some wasabi. Try using Bragg's liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce. In that country you in us also Cilatro on the sashimi to give it a latin/Italian flavor. lazaro

Funny to see this. I lived in Pedasi, my daughter was born in Las Tablas. A decade ago I was doing all this and it was still quite. I fun place to live, fish, surf, free dive. Good people
