Baby SHARK Sushi & Whole Grilled Snapper! Catch Clean Cook Lesley: Omg, opening a restaurant in Mizner Park is the most expensive thing in the world. The rent is INSANE. I hope he has a ton of investors. Besides that, the clientele is very difficult. I bet Pompano beach (not necessarily on the beach) would LOVE a Cajun restaurant. My hubby and I have been in the biz a very long time, so that's why I'm being an armchair quarterback, rn.

Now, I've eaten shark before, and the Atlantic Sharpose in particular. I know how to bleed, gut, and get them on ice as quickly as possible try to avoid the urea taste in the meat, but one time I had a shark that had the very strong smell of urea in the meat, and no matter what I did I couldn't get it out. I still tried eating it as I hate to waste anything I harvest, but it tasted as bad as the urea smell. Do you have any method of how to get rid of the smell? And I'll go ahead and tell you, I tried everything I've been told - soaking in iced salt water for several hours, soaking in milk, soaking in buttermilk, and soaking in vinegar. None of that helped in this shark! And no I'm not a trash cook! I, like you, eat everything I harvest. Ask the king fisherman on our pier what their favorite fish dip is and I'll guarantee you they'll point at me and say, false albacore!

vic come back to cali i have a 24 center console we can stay at cat island camping or hotel up to you. i can cook but would also love 50/50 but i got you bro we will land some good fish. i will send a email link of my spots and if you have more spots in the same 30 mile range then i respect that but commercial guys dont have but what i have so lets get meat!

Happy Day Ryan! In the islands we cooked snapper like that with the cuts but the whole fish in butter. We called it Churro. Oh my what a treat! We've always eaten shark but never raw and it s something I look forward to trying. You have wonderful friends kids and please and thank you for including us in your group of friends.

I LOVE raw ocean fish. My favorite sushi rolls have raw fish and then add wasabi just before eating. Fantastic. I think the wasabi is fake, but it tastes good and the burn from the horseradish in it is so much fun. My face turns radish red but I'm hooked. I'm addicted to the wasabi burn and the texture of the fish.

Chef Yames is amazingly humble and talented. I was salivating. He explains his techniques, ingredients, recipes and flavors so elegantly. If it tasted half as good as it looked your senses were blown away.

Vic, what does sushi grade fish actually mean? I always tell my friends, any wild-caught fish that s been bled and iced properly can be eaten raw. I guess shark is sushi grade eh?

Victor. Was that saltwater coming out that hose when u sprayed the snapper cavity of the bloodline or is this the exception of using freshwater on saltwater fish

Are those actually baby sharks or just a small species. If those are actually babies then what you are doing is really bad and you need to stop.
