Im heading down to cocoa beach on Friday for 1 week. Fishing anywhere from Daytona down to Sebastian. Any recommendations? What locations are hot right now (surf or Indian river? Is the mullet run still going on? Ive never fished Florida so just looking for some advice.

I really liked this video it was really great what I would we add to your cream sauce pastass is a brick of cream cheese. It does the same thing is having cream it's just thickens the sauce and is really delicious. I really love this recipe video that you had to day

Nice vid! Just a suggestion when filleting, cut the same on both sides of the fish before removing any of the fillets. This will eliminate the issue of cutting the other side of the fish if you remove one side by itself.

Your lucky that you caugth big fishes, and you have abundant, variety of fishes; but you are also throwing away the best part of the fish like the head, you can cook it as soup.

You guys ever eat the meat that's up inside the body, which is the muscles for the legs? Seems like there's a lot more in there than there is in the legs themselves.

Great job you two, loved it. Glad you kept that red. I was already thinking you better keep that just in case right when you mentioned it lol

The way I cook them on the half shell. 3 min meat side down then 5-7 skin side down. That looked like one heck of a good meal. Keep it up.
