Dude I tried your recipe for preparing snook but didn't have a snook so I tried it on some specks and they came out great! Everglades seasoning has been a must for me over so many years and I don't think they get the credit it deserves. Glad you're putting the word out on it cause that stuff makes a world a difference.

I think it is wonderful to have parents that were willing to help you guys out when you were down and out for a while. A lot of people do not have that kind of help and either starve or rise from hard times. Count yourselves very lucky and blessed.
