In this episode, I have one last day in Panama City before I head back to the States, but I'm not done fishing yet. My local friends Melvin and Joel are taking me to a special spot on the Panama Canal, one of the greatest feats of human engineering, on a mission to get me my first tarpon. These are some of the most challenging fish to land in the world, which I know all too well after losing every one of the fourteen tarpon I've hooked in my life so far.
Jake: Nice video I fly fish for tarpon in west Broward next to the Everglades. I know the frustration but the reward is on a different level.
