All time fishing record broken for 100, 000 - bassmaster elite st. Lawrence (tournament)- ufb s2 e34 Yulelah: Excellent video! Scott who knew that a Rookie was going to win the tournament and the fishery was like that where it was possible for everybody to catch a 20 lbs. plus bag of fish. The solution to the oxygen tank, you to buy a extra oxygen bottle and fill it up and keep it in your boat at all time, just leave it in the boat. That will take care of that problem and don t use it unless to really have too. Okay now here a question for you, why do you guys have to use light tackle, light line, limber fishing rods, a meant come on a spinning reel? Hey as hard as those bass were pulling and fighting why not use a bait casting reel and a heavier pound test line for those smallmouth or is that the regulation for that lake in the tournament? Good luck and best wishes in your next tournament! P. S. Scott those were some beautiful fish you caught and hey you did really well.

Thanks for all you do for our sport! Praying for ya. Just my experiences here - because everyone has diff things that work! So I grew up in Montana, South Dakota and Minn fishing smallies. Love braid to leader for feel and long casts. But I have mostly switched back to 5-10lb of straight floro or mono. Its better than a 300 drag at keeping them pinned! If I do use braid I'll always go one size down in power to Light/ML. To me moderately slow actions are helpful if a medium action is needed. And longer rods 7'6 or 8' are bomb for most flex. For light line big smallies I mostly think high-end trout kinda setups. Just works for me.

Don t ever have to ask me for a like. There isn t one video I ve watched of yours and didn t leave a like. You make the best fishing content because you re a true sportsman- Competitive, but still makes the sport fun, as it should be. And outside of that, the banter with the boys is hilarious and wholesome content. Everyone quit playin and LIKE THIS VIDEO! The SMC crew deserves it every time. Keep up the great work.

When a couple pounds separates 1st from 60th. Its no longer a matter of pure skill. The lucky guys that get a few 5 plus pound kickers are in the money. Bigger baits for bigger fish doesnt work. 1. They arent really hitting big baits. 2. A 3 pound smallie will hit a big bait just like a 5 will.

When we see that you put out a new video, I hurry up, cook supper and we watch your video. We support you and your family 100%. Just had our 2nd trip to the resort and just booked for march. We always learn something by watching you fish. Thanks to you, McCoy and Jacob. Tight lines.

I love these videos, not only do you see great fishing but the camaraderie between these 3 and the friendship is awesome to see. The pranks are great still this is a competition and they compete with each other but at the end of the day they are friends first and help each other.

The way you present these videos is nothing short of world class production. The way you fished was fantastic. Yes preparation is key but there s a lot of luck involved. Can t be upset with 40 lbs of fish. I hit the like button. I only wish there was like 50 like buttons.

Man! That's a heck of a tournament. I wonder how long till Bass follows the MLF and weighs them right there. I can understand why they do it that way. Its already done during the spawn. Why not all the time? I'm sure it been brought up many times.

Almost wish these tournaments wouldn't allow for livescope. I get you still have to catch them, but 60 out of 90 boats with over 20lbs takes away from the achievement. A 20lb bag is epic, especially with smallies.

Just a recommendation. Use a niko rig hook on a drop shot. I have used drop shot hooks for a long time and lost to many fish using them. I just recently switched over to the niko hooks and haven t lost any.

Good luck Scott.
I am praying for you and your family.
I am pulling for you Scott.
Stay calm and breath slow.
And pray before you fish.
And God guide you and show you the way.

Scott I gotta ask as a fan and a novice angler. Why don't they do a weigh picture release unless you get possible big Fish cause I hear its really hard to not lose fish if ya fish a long day.

Just so you know Scott, I m watching this video while eating some tacos. Btw, every time I catch a small tiny bass I call it taco bass just like you did on that one video back then.
