Let's go over using Yi-hack GitHub Project and unlocking the Yi Cameras to use on a Live Stream, Surveillance systems, and more Eric: I did this with a new version of this. When i look at the IP for the camera in my router the name is Yi-Hack so I assume it worked. But when I put the IP address in my browser it doesn't work. Any tips on what I might be doing wrong?
I haven't done anything like this in a long time so I probably did somethin simple wrong.

How does TheCrypt0 justify -mandatory donations-? Is there an option to get RTSP working without a license?
Having donations is fine. However the justification of having a license in place so that no one rips them off and steal or their hard work is a fallacy. What about Xiaomi? Shouldn't they get a percentage of these -donations-? Why is this team ripping them off? Not sure if its illegal but it certainly is immoral
These hacks are supposed to be for the benefit of the community. Donations should come out of gratitude from the community, not enforced by licenses. If you want licenses, why not go the extra mile and design your own camera and sell it? I do not support their business model and surely support anyone who forks the code without the license.

Does this still work since the Augues 2019 firmware update? I don't think mine is flashing. I have the dome 1080p and have used the correct firmware yi_hack_v4_v0.2.0__yi_dome_1080p files (home_h20, rootfs_h20) on the root of a 16G microsd which was previously cleaned and fat32 formatted via diskpart. I even tried doing a reset, remove power, insert microsd, power up again.. nothing has changed. Orange light stays on solid for a bit (no flashing/blinking), then blue as usual. It says I'm on firmware: 4.6.0A_201908271549 (which is also the latest version as of this comment). Any help will be appreciated.

I'm trying to update stock firmware with yi hack v4 on my Yi 1080p Home camera, but when i put sd card into it and power on nothing happens. Camera do not upgrade firmware, it simply turns on and works as usual (solid yellow ligt for first 10-20 seconds, changing to blue then). Any ideas how to flash it?

Do you need 1x license per camera? As in, do I have to get an individual link from the Discord form for all 5x of my cameras? I don't mind the donations, just would rather a neat way to do all cameras at once.

I bought a $20 Yi IOT camera, which works with Alexa Echo. Its called Keyke. But I do not want to use it with Alexa. Does this mod work to make the camera RTSP capable>
