Hey Techlore, I (and probably lots of us) would love to see a video introducing and explaining WHY privacy matters, for sharing with friends and family. I try to educate others, but it gets exhausting giving the same lecture over and over. It would be an excellent resource for many of us if there was one good solid video that we could share with loved ones, and you're by far the best one to make it: )

Whether you like Assange or not is irrelevant so why to you even mention that? For that matter, what do you know about him? Basically it boils down to hearsay spread by the US government and its propaganda arm in mainstream media to discredit him. So you just discredit yourself. I am sure you don't go on such fragile ground on your reviews of tech stuff. Or should I be so sure?

YES! I'm glad you talked about Signal stopping us from importing SMS, making Signal the default SMS app for your family is so conveniant, they don't have to think about what app they're using, who has it.
The only fact that the SMS app has all of their contacts while Signal only has some of them makes it an obvious choice to never open the Signal app.

-911? Yes, I am sorry, this is just a test for my phone because I heard a bug in my phone prevents me. this is not an emergency. -
Dispatcher (after hanging up): Yeah, that was fishy! The person was probably discovered and they had to talk like that in front of the hostage taker. We are sending a car anyway!

Good video untill you open mouth on -Freedom of press. - The MSM are the most BIAS, lying, fact bending information systems on the planet. There is NOTHING good about ALL news being controlled by 4 companies who OWN the rest. Freedom of Press lol, Stop the propaganda first, then it might be a good idea.

I think it's time the president created an government agency to specifically deal with U. S government and citizens computer security and privacy. An government agency that would work with software development companies and the open source community to help secure our computer systems and software!

Just to be sure to avoid any confuion Java has nothing to do with JavaScript. Java was all the rage when JavaScript came out so they were like -Hey let's use that name to confuse everyone- and Oracle was like -Yeah sure, no problem, I don't see why not-

Horizon worlds is unpopular in the VR community i think. The most popular one is VR chat and another one is i think neos which has metaverse on their website. I would get into VR if you could jailbreak a quest and remove meta lol

Metaverse has been around for 30+ years and I have been in it for 20+ years. It is NOT new. FB/Meta doesn't andi can't own it and just adding blockchain or VR boxes on your head doesn't make it something new.
