Okay, so for someone who has 4 monitors and wants 2 separate desktop spaces...When I change desktops, the MAIN monitor changes, but the other 3 monitors remain the exact same with the same applications. How can I make them separate desktops where everything disappears except for any programs I might open on the second desktop? Thanks

The idea is good, but I miss the following from Linux desktops
A better way to move a window from one desktop to another (Ideally a hotkey)
A simpler way to see which desktop contains which window (Ideally a widget)
A simpler way to find a given program (Regardless of program)

Hi!! Thanks for this. I have question:
Can we save the virtual desktop session? save & load.
I want easily go to my workflow virtual desktop session and it will open up the application to each virtual desktop and also load it's last position. Thanks

Hi very interesting tutorials. I am looking for a way to, with dual ultrawide monitors, everytime windows starts, to have in 1 monitor 3 split screens with their respective apps like Outlook + Excell + Youtube for example. Any suggestion would be great

I like the Audactiy App on the bottom..... I run Linux for the most part, but I never knew windows had virtual desktops. Not a fan of the 3 button switch, but the task switcher comes in handy. Great video man thank you. What do you do at Microsoft??

Stardock Fences will let you slide the desktop left or right to have multiple desktops. Like Android homescreens. It's a great alternative.
Yes, Windows should have this built in.

I have a question. If I have 2 desktops and in one of them I have a software taking screenshots, will it register the other desktop? - or only the one where I have the software?
reply

Well that's kinda dissapointing. I thought I could make a second desktop on which I can put all Adobe programs to bring some order in my main-desktop. :(
