I'm trying the Recoverit option after emptying trash. I'm stuck at the Security and Privacy section (to allow Recoverit to get full access). I've clicked the padlock logo, but 'Wondershare Software Co' doesn't appear in the 'Allow apps downloaded from' as it does in your example (on the app, not the video). Any ideas please?

I'm using the 5th option, with a trial Recoverit. So far at 51% recovery, I have recovered over 850,000 files! So glad, as my hard drive had been wiped, when we thought my cloud storage had downloaded all files unto a new computer! Thank you, thank you!
