for me i often have this problem with users, it's very often related to connecting to microsoft exchange server. I ask them to task kill outlook in the task manager, open it in safemode (win+r and type : outlook /safe), see if it says connected. If not close and task kill it, open outlook again in normal mode.
After that : find the outlook icon in the taskbar > ctrl + right click > connection status > reconnect. Wait 2 mins and outlook should login. OFC it'll not work if the profile is broken

i need your help please response
actually I run multiple accounts on one outlook in my office today one of them is not opened so i just remove it and login it again its login but many files that are stored in other folders are missing these folders are -this computer only- there is very important data so please help me now what i have to do ?nd how get it back

I have a User who can't even launch Outlook. It keeps asking to manually type in the Server settings info. This step is usually automatic when creating a new Outlook profile.
I've tried creating new Outlook profile, Renamed OST, ran a repair, tries to run in Safe Mode...neither works.

Please, I have a problem opening a private email through Outlook 2019 program, which is that the email opens in the administrator PC user, but when I set its settings to the domain user or the domain manager, it asks for the password and stops working.

Thanks for the info, I managed to fix my problem as my email password was reset by mistake so I reset it again and it works on my android phone but on Mail Mac it's complaing about a wrong username or password still

Hi, My outlook not login on LAN network but internet is working and am trying with wifi router LAN on my laptop its working.. there is possible someone block something related to outlook.

I tried one of your solutions and ended up deleting all my saved emails and folders! Now I don't know how to ge them back--it is has been wiped clean, all my folders and inbox emails, etc.
