My Spotify worked amazing... I could listen to music on echo while watching videos on my phone and to control Alexa volume just had to go to Spotify app real quick... now I deleted and re downloaded Spotify and it won-t even connect to my Spotify unless it-s with Bluetooth and now I can-t use my phone for other things... fukn blows

I want to be able to talk to alexa like -play- and then whatever but I don't have premium on spotify or amazon music unlimited. I have amazon prime and I don't want to have to use Bluetooth to play music. is there any way that I can fix that or do I just need to get music unlimited?

I tell Alexa to open Spotify she says here is Spotify but don't play anything it use to work but I can't wait figure out how to fix it I can't find anything on it either

I did everything and it still won-t work :/ my brothers music works and we have the same exact model but mine is still acting stubborn

It doesn-t work! It just says it connects and it listens to the command but it never actually plays. This is on the new Gen 3

Anyone got a fix for this yet? Mine used to work flawlessly. A few weeks ago the two apps just quit recognizing each other.
