These guys make it look so easy but I still can't figure it out lol I can find the subtitles and it tells me all the language's it will do but there's nothing to turn them on or off

i've got a roommate who is learning english...really having a hard time finding spanish subtitles on amazon. netflix is fine but amazon is nearly impossible. any suggestions?

The service is dreadful. In Apple TV the app seems to confuse CC with subtitles. They are two different things, but Prime Video seems not to notice it
