RTX 3080 Ti for Mining (Hashrate, Overclocks & Profit for Ethereum, Ravencoin, Flux, Firo & Ergo) - Sebs FinTech I do an in depth review and test of the RTX 3080 Ti LHR for crypto mining. I push it to it's limits in terms of highest hashrate, best efficiency, profitability and overclock settings. I do all of these tests on Ethereum, Ravencoin, Flux, Ethreum Classic, Ergo and Firo. The first of these tests I do include checking the hashrate and power consumption at completely stock settings. I then check what the best mining effeciency I can get is by power limiting the GPU at stock clocks. After this I push the card as high as it will go in terms of overclock settings to see what the highest possible hashrate is. I then finally power limit with the overclocks in place to see what the best watt to performance ratio is while overclocked. These tests then give us a great overview of the hashrate and power efficiency mining on the RTX 3080 Ti LHR. After doing these tests on all 6 crypto coins, I then plug those numbers into whattomine to check what the profitability is mining all of these coins on the RTX 3080 Ti LHR

I have 2 different 3080tis -- (4) EVGA FTW3 Ultra and (2) Gigabyte GAMING OC Hashrate for both is ETH 88-92 MH/s with settings core 1500 mclock 1200/2400 PL 265W -- efficiency is around 350kH/W. I purchased an EVGA XC3 Gaming that I should get in a few days -- I'll post those result afterwards. RVN I get 59-61 MH/s same core and mem PL 335w -- on two of the EVGA FTW3 I can set the PL to 325w and get the same results -- efficiency is 175kH/W. As for pricing -- be patient I got (1) EVGA and (1) Gigabyte for MSRP 1399 / 1439 respectfully -- the others were from Ebay and StockX -- the most on these was 1900 with tax and fees and as cheap as 1799.

Hej Seb, yet another great video. The 3080ti seems like a great card but I'm a little suprised by it's lack of efficiency. Based on your video's the 'ti' versions of the cards seem to be worse in terms of power consumption compared to their regular counterparts. I have a rather specific question I was wondering you could share your thoughts on: When looking at cards, let's take the 3070 for example, some editions are said to be able to reach a clockspeed of 1755 mhz, others as high as 1785 mhz. How would this effect the performance of the card? Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter! Keep up the great video's!

hey! i have MSI 3080Ti Gaming X and i noticed a very strange behaviour with this card. I only can get 84-85 Mhs. At 102% power the card only can get 270W and i cant reach a 350W from the card at all. My power supply is Seasonic Platinum 1000w btw.
So my ideal settings for the card is PL: 85, CC: -200, MC: +1300 and around 83-85 MHS.
So can somebody help me or give a tip why my MSI Gaming X can't reach 350W?
Thanks everyone!

Excellent video. I have a Palit 3080 ti Gaming Pro. Sadly I have problems with locking the core clock and overclocking the memory. Every time I go above +300 Mhz on the memory the core goes below 1000 Mhz. The best I can come up with is 76 MH/s with clock locked at 1550 (it doesn't stay at this) +300 memory and 100 PL and LHR 72. Bit annoying really. More annoying is my 3080 non-lhr gets 101 MH/s at 217 watts!

What's really annoying about silicon lottery is that overclock settings for one person might not work for you. LHR is even more annoying.
I have a couple of Colorful 3080ti (Advanced OC and Vulcan) and both of them get 10Mh with 1100 core and 3000 mem (hive OS). I get 84-85 max at 285W with 1200 core 2400 Mem. Any more on the mem and the hash rate drops into an abyss.

--lock-cclock 1610 --mclock 1300 --pl 84 are my EVGA FTW3 3080ti settings. 60 MH/s, 335 watts, 179 KH/w on KAPOW in T-Rex. Great video, Seb! I struggled with VRAM temps A LOT even with a water block. I finally got that under control and could really turn the card loose.

How is your temp still low? My 3080TI will shoot up to 100C within 5 min of mining, even at reduced power and 100% fan speed. I do have in a gaming PC and mine only when i'm not gaming but my temps when gaming never get above 70C and it idles at 32C

For Ergo lock the clock at 1545 and set mem to 2900 (hiveOS) and you can set power limit to 205 you will get 260.7 mhs. I have two different cards they both do the same but my FTW3 does it at 195 watts vs 205 on the Gigabyte.

If you set the lock-cclock you then don't set the cclock offset right ? And what about the power limit ?
Should i leave the 2 on 0 for default while testing the lock cclock?
By the way impressive videos ! I'm a fan !
