It's shear wastage of time...nothing can change your fps until you upgrade your pc..upgrade your graphics...these videos and particularly this video is non sense..i had a hope but it vanished..silly people making videos for money..no one can boost his fps from 30 to 200 whatever change or files he may downoad...he simply showed the first clip with higher settings..and cut the video and made the next one with lower settings..got disappointed with this..

sadly i have i 75htrz monitor... but i though this whole time that it was a 60hrtz... well now im getting a solid 75 frams.... yay... wish i had a 144hrtz monitor, but hopefully i will get that before the second quarter of the next year XD

also go to settings and type choose which apps can run in the background and turn everything off except microphone or u cant speak in discord
