I have a i5 4590 3.3Ghz overclocked to 3.8
12 GB RAM 1333 MHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB Zotac
Windows 10 Pro
The game is currently runnin in low settings at maximum 20 fps with drops to 10, in medium and above is unplayable. I followed everything in this video and nothing worked, i don't know what is happening, The Witcher 3 runs at 60 fps in medium-high, GTA V, Fallout 4, all my games are ok but No Man's Sky.

Before trying this, I just want to say that my settings made no difference in fps, so I doubt it was my system.
Lowest = 25 fps
Highest = 25 fps
I can run GTA V with 144 fps, the witcher 3 with 144 fps, etc etc.
But this absolute blaster of game development cripples my pc.

I which the game would be better optimized, even with a very good setup it's pretty hard to get consistently 60fps, and I'm getting 120-144+ fps in most recent games with maxed settings :(

Always, always, always: Rename the existing config file to .OLD before copying over the new one from the download in case these new settings bork your game.
