If your PC is stuck at the blue screen, here is what I did. On a working PC, I-ve created a bootable USB, and downloaded Windows 10 Disk Image (ISO File) on it (both can be done from Microsoft-s website). Plugged the USB onto the problem PC, start it, mash F12 to get into Boot Mode (or whatever it is called), select the USB to boot from, then follow the prompts to reinstall Windows 10. Good luck.

The problem is I can't even access the main screen. No option in advanced settings works, I click reset and it doesn't reset so basically I'm stuck with the blue screen where I can only access displayed options but non of them takes me to the online OS.
