The most horrible experience buying a Lenovo computer on Amazon-
The laptop arrive with the power connection broken, they NEVER replace it. after almost 4 months of light use the computer shut down, when I turn it on again just a but error appears and I can not navigate the screen because the arrow keys do not respond. I visited the Lenovo website for support and they ask for the serial number, but the answer is that no reference is found, other option is to give the model name and number which a gave, the answer is that THERE IS NOT SUCH MODEL(the communication was never with a living person. -
I contact the company again, now with a new web site and a phone number to contact costumer service, The first lady to attend was kind and transfer me to the correspondent department. The woman who answer DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO TALK, you feel like you are in a flee market in a 3th world country. She did not solve anything, not even offered technical support. (MADE IN CHINA-)-
THIS IS STARTING TO SOUND LIKE FRAUD BETWEEN -Lenovo and Amazon- don't you think? -
Amazon apply 3 months to claim a refund, but this is an electronic item of $450. 00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars, so, they fraudulently wash their hands and leave the COSTUMER to deal with Lenovo Made in China and Chinese working for the company in the US, with the many times reported fraudulent mentality of -China-. HOW MUCH IS YOU CUT AMAZON-? Your policies are Fraudulent and Anti-American. SHAME ON YOU! I call the Highest Law over your heads! No just for my case but for all you have done against many.

F-CKING LENOVO! I watched this review and then I bought one because I thought it had everything. But nope.
They got rid of the number pad from the c940 within the year. I just bought one and they got rid of it. God I hate them. I've used a Lenovo for 5 years and just got the 14 inch 940 and those b-stards changed it. Next time, I'm not going Lenovo since they're scumbags who screw people over like this.

I'm deliberating between the Lenovo C940 14'' (i7-1065G7, 16GB LPDDR4X) with the new Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2 n 1 (i7-10510U, 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz-) and the New XPS 13 2 n 1 (i7-1065G7, 32GB 3733MHz LPDDR4x. Some help, please! Which has the best value for money?

I like the comparison for all the Lenovo laptops but I hate the -airquote- (what the hell does that mean? Is it a fake) and the vague side comments -beautiful thing about the yoga some of them anyways-. Does not help with my decision on which yoga to get!

After using a Macbook Pro for 8 and a half year I ordered C940 with 16 gigs of RAM and 512 gigs SSD. Can't wait for it to arrive. Looks like a very decent machine. I hope it will serve long and well.

C930 is of course on sale now. deciding between C930 and the new c740. I don't really need the pen. Which is a better choice?
reply

-a dig at Dell-. You've got to be kidding. When Lenovo doesn't solder SSD they will RAM, CPU, PSU, WLAN, whatever. Dig deeper.
