In this video Alaina unboxes, tears down, and gives a tour of the be quiet! Silent Base 802. This case is on the larger side for a mid-tower but has plenty of unique touches for easy building

its a very good case, but the different whites are totally unacceptable, and the outer plastic covers aesthetics looks appalling. also tehinteriors would hav ebeen great in a matt poweder coat finish instead of that toy white awful paint, fan speed button, i dont see that lasting more than a year and it can be questioned if it can damage the front usb pcb/power button.
If Phanteks or Inwin or some other premium case manufacturers make an inverted motherboard layout chassis, this model will not sell a single unit.

looks pretty good, but I do have to wonder why they didn't include some of their white fans in their white case. Like, they already make them, why not use them for the white cases, especially with mesh front and glass side panels? Didn't really matter back when their cases were completely solid panels all around but now that they finally offer some more options (yay for that, btw) they could really step up their game in that regard.

I bought this case and everything was working wonderfully until I had integrated EVERYTHING. and then tested the front io usb-c connector. Now I have to sent the case back for replacement. I would like to know how to unsnap the legs so I can get the case in the original packaging.

Great review. This is my next case. I'd rather get the one without window but because it doesn't come with th hard drive slot covers I will be getting glass. . Would love a side panel with a window that allowed a big 200mm fan on it like older cases do.

You can carry on looking at them different cases, calling your videos -walkthrough- But at some stage you'll have to admit that you are a bit of a case reviewer not just a tourist - Great video. yet again. -

I really like the beQuiet cases. If they would just improve on their QC. I know of 5 cases (2 of mine, 3 from friends) where the screws were so tight, the heads had to be drilled out to remove them.

Thanks for the video. It'd be nice if the windowed version is actually in stock somewhere in the US. I'm only seeing prices $300+, with shipping, for this $180 case. A complete deal breaker.

Btw about the not matching whites: if you buy a white case you care about aethetics (unless there is no black version available, imo. so it does matter a lot with a white case.

That front panel! I still haven't removed the front of my 500DX: ) Really odd about the white finishes not really matching. Great review, thanks!
