Chernobylite has great support for AMD's VRS or whatever its called. The RX480 8GB OC (1342MHz) is all you need to max this game out at 1080p60 with VRS. Same with all the all the new Resident Evil remakes, along with RDR2 and all the Tomb Raiders. Even Death Stranding runs great on Polaris GPU's. Pretty good results from a GPU from 2016 (5 years old) of course this was tested with an 8700K and 32GB's of 3200CL14 FLARE X DDR4. The VEGA64 gives awesome results with the Vulkan API. As for Cyberbug 2021. lol Cyberpunk 2077, you'll require a 5700XT to get 108p60 Ultra or if you can take 30fps the RX480 8GB won't let you down. I have a bunch of GPU's that i've tested, like the 3090FE with the 55in 4K120 LG C9 OLED and 6900XT TOXIC EE LC Edition which has a 360mm RAD attached to it. I had that thing running at 3GHz. I also have the AIR cooled TOXIC EE for good measure. I do run 2 Custom PC and ALL-in-One electronics repair shop, so i can have a bit of fun while i'm working. Its mostly software related issues that come in, si i have time to test. I like testing low end to mid tier hardware to see what it can do. Like a i7 3770K from 2012-2013 matching a 7700K from a quick overclock and using a GTX 1050ti just for fun. It'll run nVIDIA sponsered games like Metro Exodus at 1080p60 on high settings. Tha's really good for a $142 (msrp) GPU which now cost $280 to $300. These prices need to drop. But, while waiting you can buld a ultimate rig for a 3rd of the price. 10700K's are only $220 while the 11700K's and 12600K's are $250. the 10700K is basically a binned 9900K that's been shaved down with a thicker IHS nickel plated copper cooler, and still soldered. That's a steal. Especially when you can get Z490 Strix-E boards for $200. with a good kit of DDR4 your golden, for gaming. The latest isn't always the best.

I personally feel like 3dmark and superposition is enough to check that you didnt get a lemon, there are comparison database on these apps, as long as you score is close to people with similar clocks youre fine

No, not only have I done it. I've lost the excitement of buying a new GPU. I'd rather just buy a Ryzen 5700G and be done with it.
