Dude that is an amazing non destructive technique for doing that. I would have simply created a mask on the White rectangle then CTRL click on the text layer and color black into the mask on the rectangle layer. It does the same effect except in my method, the text is fixed and to make any changes, I'll have to repeat those steps again but in the steps you just taught, I'm pretty sure you can change the text by just typing into that text layer. That is so much better than my method. Thank you so much!

Once again, excellent! It's not so much that this is stuff I didn't know (though I certainly didn't know it all, by any means, but the new and inventive ways you put all this together to achieve a new and VERY desirable outcome that saves time and effort. That is where excellence lies!

You can switch between foreground and background colors by pressing ALT or CTRL + Backspace. Use CTRL+Backspace to fill with the background or ALT+Backspace to fill with the foreground. No need to press X.

U really amazing. But s some1 says correct. Cntrl+bckspace too correct.
But ofcourse I wud say 'Aap ek aaccha tutor hai, lazwab hain'

Foreground Color-- Alt+BackSpace or Alt+del
and
Background Color-- Ctrl+BackSpace or Ctrl+del no need to press x
