I've been using this for a few weeks now. Why in the world didn't you demonstrate the Portraits option? That's what's to be used when getting faces just right. I discovered that using Films & Photography can sometimes alter faces in a scene at high Creativity settings. Using Portraits prevents or cuts down on those changes dramatically while allowing for higher Creativity settings to add more detail to the rest of the image. I can't understand why you didn't experiment with Portraits when you were having trouble with the faces. Anyway, it's important to experiment with all the different settings if results aren't first satisfactory. No video I've seen demonstrating Magnific has yet done a decent job of showing what all of its adjustments can do. One video just rendered new images without any adjustments at all of the Creativity, HDR, or Resemblance settings -- and thus found the Magnific to be virtually worthless!

I tried this service and immediately cancelled because of the credit-based structure. Seemed creatively restrictive. I felt punished every time I got it wrong. But I'll tell you, once I cancelled I still had 2000+ credits to play with, so I did. And dammit if I didn't fall in love. I had to reinstate my subscription.
The billing structure and UI isn't awesome, but you just can't argue with the results. Makes it worth it.

Unfortunately the pay structure of these ai software is ridiculous. Turn off especially since you need to tweek the settings and it's not a set price per picture.
I wish it was either per photo or just a monthly subscription

I think, a not same person problem can be fixed with using a high-frequency layer of an upscaled image on top of the original. Add a texture and details where you like with a mask and original face will remain the same. Done!

Tip... If you are using AI generated images, use the same prompt you used to create the image and you will see a substantial improvement in the upscale. I've been using it now for a while and I definitely notice the difference

It's not upscaling, and its ridiculously expensive, Krea is free and basically do the same thing. Topaz Gigapixel is a really an upscale software and still the best.

Yes This is a great Ai tool but i will never use it for the limitation that it has with the high monthly payment and limited credits.

Shame Magnific doesn't offer free trials. Would love to test out at least a couple of images before forking out the moolah.
