We will use the power of spare photos and alignment to remove fences from a very complex background in Photoshop. This tutorial will take you through the entire process, from picking the right images to replace the objects, to color matching. It will teach you how to remove anything in Photoshop no matter how complex the situation and help you be prepared for your future photoshoots Dave: This is such a good technique - my favourite so far! I rescued a shot of a vintage car using this method by erasing a car that was close behind it and spoiling the shot. Much better than content aware because all the detail was restored. Thanks again

Thanks for this video. Lets say you wanted to match the depth of field of the selfie. My first instinct is to apply a lens blur to the new background to try to match the backgrounds, but Im curious what you think.

I'd have left wall in left corner to add realism, because this way I can believe you haven't been to NY at all)
And why don't you use FLIP HORIZONTAL (or vertical) in Settings panel? It's much way faster.

If you go to US don't miss to visit empire state building but if your are at home and want to take a selfie on the top of the building you should learn adobe Photoshop. A silent msg for some intelligent peoples.

ya you move and talk way too quickly in order to teach things lol. can you slow down a bit so i dont have to pause and rewind every sentence and action you do?
reply

Please can you get off something that's been used to cover the background eg in a closed betting slip where they don't want you to see the games and the odds

Awesome! Best teacher I've encountered for this.
I wanted to point out one thing I noticed: a jagged building, lower left corner by your shoulder

This man just showed us advance way of makeing a png cutout of our selfs and pastiing it somewhere else
But on the flip side it looks more real

Way too fast to follow. Assumes knowledge not covered nor does it reference other videos that may cover the missing parts.

What is the need to do so much. Change the background and add another background. There is no need to work so hard.
