Stranger Things I love..Dustin is my favorite character. I literally cried at the end of the second season when no one would dance with him. Breaking Bad was a good show, but I end up hating Mr. White at the end of the show. Daredevil of course is great. Narcos is on my list to see, this obsession with Escobar in this country is crazy...SOA was one of my fav's the violence was everything and Jax oh my God just to see him was enough. Jessica Jones a Marvel win...House of Cards I love, the firing of Kevin Spacey has pissed me off royally they have no show without him...I love him and still do. Better Call Saul..no..I thought he was an idiot in BB but clearly he has a following..I must say I have never watched this show. I didn't like his character. Luke Cage I don't like at all. Iron Fist is probably the worse Marvel show to date and one of the worse tv shows period. Orange is the new Black I saw the first season it was good show but it was just to much girl on girl for me..I couldn't watch anymore..sorry no offense to anyone just my humble opinion...I haven't watched Wenworth and wont...and i am not a teenager by far.. but Riverdale is a good dam show..you have know what to expect with certain tv shows and movies in my opinion. I can love Riverdale, Teen Wolf, The Ozarks, Legion, Black Mirror, Criminal Minds, The Big Bang, Modern Family all the same because I know the purpose of each is not the same..some shows are supposed to be silly and cheesy I don't expect to take away the same from Riverdale as I do The Hanmaids Tale... though I can enjoy them both the same...

What are the criteria for an American TV Show? It can't be the show is disqualified if the show were a Netflix original, since you have Jessica Jones (J.J.) and Luke Cage on the list. Stranger Things was entertaining and J.J. was okay, mostly because David Tennant is an awesome actor. Breaking Bad seems to be about glorifying corrupted morals and Sons of Anarchy seems to be about glorifying violence for its own sake - unsure, admit I haven't seen them, but they don't appeal to my sense of escapism as did the 1st season of Sense 8. Dark Matter, Reign, and even the first several seasons of Family Guy make for great fantasy escapism for me. Maybe I'll just return to Twin Peaks since at least that had a lasting effect on American TV viewership. Or doesn't Twin Peaks qualify?

The shows that me and my brother both would like to watch from this list are Stranger things, breaking bad, sons of anarchy, narcos, better call saul, orange is the new black and the house of cards. My brother always fanboys over House of cards and tempts me to watch it, sadly I haven't been able to.

Not including Dexter on this list is a travesty. But otherwise a very good list. I agree with Wentworth being a much better show than OITNB. One of my favorites. Also agree that Breaking Bad is the best show on the list.

I love some American superhero TV shows like 'Marvel's Agents of SHIELD', 'Arrow' and 'Gotham'. Many shows from the list are already in my watchlist like 'House of Cards', 'Narcos', 'Breaking bad'.

Glad to see Luke Cage and Jessica Jones on the list, loved them both. I'm also one of those that prefers Wentworth over Orange is the New Black
