Jeff, I injured my left shoulder/triceps some years ago when a slip on the ice made my feet came out from under me on a concrete porch in the winter. I did not know it till 1 1/2 years later, but I shattered my elbow (I could not afford insurance at the time) has made my left triceps and chest (has majorly affected my ability to bench, or do any chest work) both weaker- and smaller (particularly on the long head of the horseshoe of the triceps) I have tried to bring the left side up to a strength and size balance, but it has helped minimally! There is a significant difference between the left and right long head of the triceps. Do you have any suggestions how to bring the size and strength up to better balance the triceps?

dumbbell kickbacks are also killer. I know some believe it as an easy exercise because of its form and lightweight and I was one too, But if you do it with your upper arm stiff and just moving your forearms it's a killer exercise. add this after doing a bit of overhead extensions or other tricep exercise and it becomes even great.

I heard about feeder workouts (training before sleep. how to do it the best possible ways? Is it possible to do it every single night before you go to bed? Or also need to give more time it for rest. Because during feeder workout you are not breaking muscle fibers, only pumping blood into that working muscle?

Heyy Jeff! I am from India and I am a huge fan of your workout related stuff. I appreciate your dedication towards everything you do. It has been a while exercising, however I am unable to get rid of those love handles. Could you please upload some video only targeting the particular region.

hey so I am an average teen who doesn't really have time to hit the gym so can do a video on full body workout with just effective bodyweight exercises I would appreciate if it's a bit intense something which pumps you up without consuming much time

These exercises gave my tris an awesome workout. Gave me a fantastic pump! Especially like Jeff's technique to flex muscle first before & during exercise. This helped me to focus & make tri muscles master the weight not other way around.
