The new workouts ive been learning from this dude has completely changed my routine for the better. Ive been getting sore again and im sure I will break through this plateau! Ive had to lighten up the weights to fo what he teaches, but theres nothing wrong with that because the quality of my workouts are the same, or even better, than all the basic push and pull exercises that I and everyone are normally use to. Thanks for all the genius information!

Very Smooth Jeff. These little exercise do the trick. I do them often as ive had in the past
And you play you mind into it more just thinking its a boring exercise or two
As opposed to some -Superman Fathead- trying to eek out the move in a CHARGE just to work the chest and he exhibirting to me he showing me how it works Huh. I come into the Gym a week later more Cut than he is
JEFF YOU ARE EXCELLENT

Hi jeff. huge fan here I think I've watched almost all your videos. In the gym I'm finding more and more guys like me who have more strength out of the hole on any chest pressing movement (bb or db) then at the top of the movement. What do you recommend for assistance exercises to fix this? Will traditional lockout work help increase strength on lifts like this?

0: 29 you see this guy has horizontal line through his chest muscles. Does anyone know of this display of pec muscle has a name? I'm developing this horizontal line and I really don't like the way it looks, I want to find out if its genetics or can be trained out! To find help I need to know what to call it and I can't find anything at all on it.

I find that my pecs are max contracted when the arms are as close to your body as possible in front of you and in a extremely close grip chinup finishing position where your elbows are below your chin and in front of your chest. What kind of exercise do you think really targets the pecs that way?

what about origin vs insertion exercises i was told chin ups and lats pull downs are an example of origin vs insertion where one works the origin more and the other the insertion point i learnt this at tafe. so i was thinking bench press/push ups

Doesn't this cause internal rotation of the shoulder (the opposite of what Jeff always preaches about? I tried this once- while I felt a good squeeze my should was kind of sore afterwards. Maybe I did it wrong.

I can't feel most chest exercises. I've watched all the instructional videos I can, but I just can't. But this one I really feel. It will become a mainstay in my chest routines.
