-Jamie350zs No it's not a video course. The program price has fluctuated over the last few months. I bought it when it was a little more expensive in order to get in shape before Sept (my personal goal: ). Well worth the money in my humble opinion. When you buy the program, you are able to download PDF files which you then print out and follow on a daily basis. I work nightly at a job that is physically demanding, so I only workout 3 times a week for the main training for AthleanX. cont.

-Jamie350zs continued. So I don't do to much of the conditioning portion. I've still trimmed myself down while further toning and gaining muscle. The beauty of the program is that it takes about 45 minutes to workout each workout, plus the workouts are so varied and different that boredom doesn't set in over the weeks and months. A lot of muscle confusion so that your body is kept guessing what comes next. great for muscle growth and the meal plan in tandem is fantastic. I recommend it!

-afgmuscl3 AthLEAN-X incorporates BOTH weights and bodyweight movements into it's 90 day program. You beneft from them both as each is called for at specific times. As far as boxers following the program, it was practically made for them. I wanted AthLEAN-X to be about building lean active muscle that you can actually still move with, be lightening quick with, and more powerful than ever. We have MMA fighters doing the program and dominating. We would welcome you to the team!

Ty all for the info. =D I got a few more questions. I dunno if it's just my genetics or if i'm not eating right. But can't seem to gain weight at all. I maintain my current weight of 145 and i'm 5-10, and that is really bad. some would say. But yes i work out, and i gain muscle and lost the fat, but i just stay the same weight area.

Hey Jeff i was just wondering if the AthleanX program can be used by boxers. Since boxers mostly use bodyweight exercises such as pushups, dips, chinups etc, does the AthleanX program have similar workouts as well that do not include the use of weights?

-BianconeriCR7 Yes. bands can provide resistance all the way up to 100lbs in each hand depending on the band you choose! That certainly can not only help you to maintain but to increase strength and size as well.

-Jamie350zs I wish I could tell you, but his webpage crashes my computer because it is like 50 pages long. Jeff, this should be adressed when you have a minute.
All that said, it's around 70$. a real deal!

-yawlhacker Actually it's not the same. The resistance on the bands continues to build as you move your hands from overhead to the sides of your hips. The dumbbells would get extremely easy in the middle.

-haris123abc The home version uses resistance bands (in addition to a pullup bar, some dumbbells and your own bodyweight. The gym version subs out bands for cables (that are available in every gym.

JEFF i've got a question, i wonder where I can buy your sort of elastic band, because (I came from spain) wherever I buy them, sooner or later they break.
