Bodybuilding isn't hard it just takes time and dedication. There is no need to go out on the field to perform exercises almost everywhere can afford a gym membership these days. And those who can are lazy to attend a gym twice a week then there is no way they'll go to a field to workout.
Here is the core of bodybuilding success:
1. Proper form
2. Go full out
3. Consistency

I'm 53 and put on 13 to 15 pounds in the last year. really put it on in about 3 months then maintained. It's not as solid muscle as in my 20's but it's a high percentage of muscle. My diet sucks because we still have young kids so they are picky eaters and there is snack food around all the time. but my weight is up and percentage of body fat is down.
Exercises like this video are great for your 40's and 50's because they hit your max VO and build muscle.

-ITzReece96 I'm sorry dude, I'm a parent and I can't disagree with you enough. Why would you want your 13 year kid lifting weights so he can look good for girls in school? That's poor. At that age all a parent should be concerned about for his kid is healthy nutrition which will keep him in good shape for a KID his age. You have to remember your son is still a KID. Calisthenics, bike riding and fun sports should be all any KID should be doing.

what i respect most about jeff is he is genuinely a sincere and modest guy which shows through his work. Im a HUGE fan of athleanx as it is aimed more on definition and body shape than so much size. yes we all want a little size to our muscles but its mainly about definition and shape which athleanx is helping me acheive in a short time and no injuries. great stuff jeff thanks man!

I feel ya man, last time I took 8 months off running, came back - felt OK for a few days and BAM, back with a vengeance. The only difference is I did sprint training because it was the only form of running exercises I enjoyed. Lol, those days are gone. That said, best of luck to you man - hopefully you're at 100% and have no problems.

This is terrificJeff. What do you suggest for people with Achilles tendonopathy? Had it for ten years but since doing deep tissue massage therapy combined with various hip mobility and Achilles exercises, I can finally jog again after ten years. Is there a protocol you favour? You're doing a great job man. Thank you!

i am 17 years old i would say i am over average of people fit wise but my chest is strong but doesnt show its is cut interior and exterior but my upper section of my pectorial is not showing its kinda flat is there anyway to improve that with circuits or isometric holds to see results if so let me know

Did he say do it 3 times! Lol. Sure he was absolutely shagged after one, and he is top! I'd be gassed for the day. Even if I rested 10 mins or half hour, the second performance would not be nowhere near the first stamina-wise. Reductions would have to be introduced to perform that 3 times.

I just tried 3 sets of this awesome workout. man it kicked my butt! Great Expendable workout. Hope there is in the future a second expendable workout. The endurance and physiques that those actores display on the movie is just awesome. -
