Your systems are nothing short of awesome, Jeff! What I was doing with say, 30lbs I'm now doing with 10 and even 5 in some cases, yet getting faster and better results from it! By week's end my body has had enough and the two day recoup period is most definitely needed! Thing is, I'm so pumped up about doing these exercises that it's hard to stay away from the gym on my off days. But I do! And I haven't even purchased your program yet! But rest assured, I will! -
Thanks, Jeff-
Don.

-LTMagic21 If you're referring to Vince Delmonte then why would you? They are two different people. Vince has a different body stature. He's a bigger guy overall. How could you bring yourself to compare two people? And furthermore while I'm also a fan of Vince Delmonte, he's younger than Jeff and Jeff looks a lot better. Vince has had issues keeping lean which is why you hardly ever see him without his shirt on. His abs won't pop like Jeff's because Vince isn't lean enough.

-Thabadaba when did he say it would grow your chest? it's a core exercise. as for 'doing nothing for it'. it is likely to help develop some stability and muscle synchronization in the chest. it WILL develop the motor neurons in the lower chest and related muscles because of the unorthodox nature of the movement. -
I'm pretty sure Jeff knows it isn't a strength or a hypertrophy exercise for the chest. I'm sure he appreciates the tip though. :)

Great exercise! I love all these variations of the crunch! I don't do this one exactly but one like it. Guess it's called 'Medicine ball toss sit-up' for better or worse. I do a regular bent knee sit-up with feet (not held down) as close to my butt as I can and with a 10 lbs. med ball sit up and toss the ball in the air, catch it, and return to starting position (ball on chest. 3 sets of 30 and you'll get an awesome burn! Sweet!

Hi Jeff, i got a question i've been burning to ask you.
me myself im not ''fat'' but i do got a little amount of fat on my belly.
what im asking you is, is it possible to get six pack without running to burn the fat?
or do i have to run on treadmills first, then after i removed the fat, i start working on six pack?
please answer sorry if i wrote it sloppy

-MrSkilzzy To get you abs, 4-6-8-pack, to really show you need to remove the belly fat that's in the way. To do this you must enter the fat burning area of your workout, if that is running, spinning, rope etc. doesn't matter but you have to burn fat. I Hope that can help you

You will need an intro, but maybe you could shorten it down a little? Every big you tuber needs an intro but maybe you could shorten it down maybe 15sec's and it'd be alright; ) anyway keep them videos coming: )

same question here, im working out pretty hard but not really obvious abs yet, although you can see in my abs that i train alot, they arent that obvious due to a slight percentage of fat: (

Exactly!
thanks for making my point more clear.
yea you can see that i've been working out too, but as you said they aren't really obvious due to a slight percentage of fat.

thanks jeff awesome stuff! I know this may sound kinda pathetic but could you do this exercise without dumbells if you can't do it with them? would that still work your core the same? thanks.
