I use the wheel at the gym but now you showing me all types of variations of it, now I'm gonna kill it! Thanks jeff for your help and making me coolest guy in the gym! Jeff big fan of your 12 week program. Worked really well for me. I play a lot of soccer, was wondering if you have (or can make) a program more aligned for soccer? Thanks! AthleanX was the best investment i made in 2011, except I still cant do the damn corkscrews! haha

Jeff I got a question? Do I do this program once? Or do I do 3 sets of it? Let me know? Cuz I struggle with 5 reps of everything, then on the second set I struggle with 3 and the last set I can barely do 1rep or can't even finish it cuz my abs n arms are dead! Let me know.

I feel like the main reason the ab wheel was a -gimmick- was because the people who used it were overweight, and expected it to give them abs. If you want abs make sure you keep a clean diet and low body fat%, then use the ab wheel to build and tone your muscles.

Hi Jeff, great video, got a couple of question regarding the techniques. I am finding a trouble in balancing myself during the workout especially the first and third one. I always drop myself due to the heavy pressure. Any substitute or advice? thanks

Hi. Ive been doing this for like 1 week. But i cant do the third excercise. Is it okay if skip that? And because i cant do it, i decide to increase the number of repetitions per day. You do it by 5, im doing it by 6, 7, 8 etc. is it okay if i do that?

Thank you so much for this workout Jeff. I have been doing these exercises for a while now and I get to 4 rounds each night (Bruce Lee training rule to train abs directly everyday) and it has done so much justice!

i just tried the first two and my knees kept crashing down to the floor.

So how do you choose which ab workout to do, he has like 100 different ones, if you choose this one how many days per week, how many weeks till you change to a new routine to shock them abs?

Really effective but I still feel some tension in my lower back when I go beyond for the 1st exercize (and I do flex my abs to keep the planck position. Is it because of a lack of strenght?
