-MrGarlickid First set: 12 reps, second set: 10 reps, third set: 8 reps//you can work out with a heavy weight with your strong arm and a light weight with your weak arm BUT you must swich and do the weak arm with the heavy wieght and the strong arm with the light and you have to really push your self! My best advise to you would to work out with the same weight and in time your body will start to fix it self so don't worry and just stick to it. (lol if you need any thing send a message XD)

Great ideas Jeff, here's another one that I do I hook a couple of straps (with some tubing for handles) onto my chin up bar and dip from there. People love coming up with excuses as to why they can't do things rather than look for solutions, in reality it all boils down to how much you actually want to do something if you have the will you'll find a way. Love your videos, so many great suggestions and ideas they're helping a lot. Many thanks. And your dogs are cool too: o)

-MrGarlickid I will try to explain, So lets say your doing bicep curls using the same wieght for each arm when using your right arm its easier to control the wieght but with your left hand it not thus your body uses more muscle fibers to do the movement witch leads to more muscle gains: D (its like that for all your muscles) as for your right arm i am not sure but it might be genetics (your biceps don't have to have to look like each other. well i hope you understand: )

Hey jeff, when i do my dips, i get a pain near my clavicle/collarbone, mainly on the left side of my body. I don't think it's muscle pain, so am i doing something wrong or is this something that will go away with time as i become stronger since i'm a beginner and i've only started working out a few weeks go. Thanks for your help, Ameya G, 16 years old: )

The dogs are cool and the workouts are always sharp. heres a thought though, how about some work outs designed to help us -bigger- people burn fat(while gaining muscle. if I tried to do those dip sets at my weight and in my shape, Id break my arms off! Still no excuses even from me. Im a student to those who have information I can eventually use.

-kogarona Protein is what your body needs to build muscles.
Always eat protein for every meal. For example, you can't eat all your protein in the morning and then none for the rest of the day. You need protein for every meal, which should be about once every 3rd hour.
But yes, a protein shake is good since it contains so much protein.

Originally I didn't like your videos but that was until I realised it was because your exercises are the most challenging. ergo the best. Top class. I'm thinking about buying some rope & hanging it up. I don't really need to see you climb one but I'd love to know what you think of it as an exercise & which muscles it actually targets?

I LIKE THE DOGS! I Was just wondering I weigh 155/160 and i usually do 20 min cardio then to the decline ab bench and do like 40 or 50 crunches then oblique workout straight after i do planks for a minute or two on all sides then back on the bench as many as possible. Do you think this is enough for a ab workout to get good results?

no, completely disagree with the excuse thing its wrong, if a move doesnt work for u, or u really dont like it, u shouldnt do it at all, dips dont do shit for me, so i forget they exist, HOWEVER, if u like dips and they work for u(which this video is mainly about) this is a very good video
