Love these videos! Want to stay in shape but time is of the essence. was doing Taekwondo with my oldest 3 but I drive a truck overnight, am married so there's always a honey do list and we home school our 8 kids, so my workouts often suffer that is if I even have the energy to attempt. Last thing I want is the traditional truckers physique. I could really use some help. Any suggestions to boost the energy level to get back to the physical training I used to do. I would love to push through with my children and get that black belt achieved together. thanks in advance.

as always another badass idea. gonna try it tomorrow morning the only reason it sucks is cause i live at houston and its like at 90 degrees F in the morning and noon its at 100F o well thats gonna make it better also good thing my back yards is aroun 200yds so i just do 100yds doing the horrible hundred and finish the other hundred yards running and do that like 4 times or so

hey jeff this is great dude I did this in small back yard and it tired the CRAP outta me! I love ur workouts because they look easy but really do as you say KICK UR ASS! This is kinda irrelavent but is it true that eating smaller meals every couple of hours will actually melt away body-fat? thanks.

My aim is not to loose weight but have ripped abs.
But when I run I tend to get thin, I get thinner on my traps bisceps etc too.
How do I target weight loss at abs and not other body parts.
Should I not run?
Normally I run 5 KMs alternate days.

Jef you are the greatest intructor I ve come across. Wish my trainers were that knowledgable and informative. as you say, getting to know your body actually helps you to train better. You helped me with workouts, nutrition and shoulder injury prevention. THANKS!

questiom, regarding hiit im 48, when peaking up if i do mas effort my heart rate goes above 220-age, its ok to go over in those 30 secs effort or should i keep under 220-age, if i do that i wont do max effort. so i dont know whats better for me.

If you're doing this indoors, a standard basketball court if 50 feed wide (16. 6 yards) and 95 feet long (31 yards. So you could go from side to side across the court, starting and finishing a few feet beyond each sideline and that will be about 20 yards.

So I did that today, that was one of the hardest thing ever. Couldn't do this serie more than twice with a lot of rest inbetween and to tell the truth the pushup going forward thing I had to stop it before i reach my goal.
