Hurricane Sandy ripped through the northeast United States last week and left many without the ability to do their daily workouts. No power, no workouts, especially if you rely on DVD workouts. Well, that should never be the case for any practical workout program (especially a home workout program. So with that said, the Hurricane Headrush 2 by ATHLEAN-X becomes the perfect option to those no power, no electricity situations when not getting in your workout at home is simply not an option. In this no equipment workout, you will see all bodyweight exercises that you can do literally anywhere. I'm a guy with a -weight problem- so I can lose it and put fat back on easily. I was fairly fit from doing my own workouts but then got sick with pneumonia for 4 months and put on a lot of weight. 44- waistline. Too hard to start over so I saw Athlean X ads EVERYWHERE! haha. Wanted to follow a program. Jeff's workouts are challenging but doable. The meal plan was the best I've seen ever. In 3 months I got back to 34- waist more efficiently then doing my own workouts and creating meals. WORTH IT!

Yes, that was the thing I mentioned earlier that I used to do my own workouts from watching videos on YT, especially Jeff's. But I wanted to follow a program to stay consistent. I didn't just do 90 days, I've been making it a lifestyle. Jeff's program says 90 days but it took me longer in real life to get in the shape I wanted. Jeff's program worked more muscle groups than I have ever worked and I found myself sleeping better. There's no magic here, just a great workout and great meal plan.

Super fit? That's an understatement when it comes to Jeff. He's looked like that for a very long time. I bought his AthleanX program 2 years back and he looked exactly the same. IMO Jeff is the gold standard for -how to look fit-. I haven't seen anyone look as good and fit as he does.

Do we rest for 45 sec after the Sumo Plyo pushups, and 45 sec after shuttle sprints too? And rest 30 sec after the incredible mountain climber pushups, and 30 sec rest after the mountain climber sprint and pops as well? Thanks!

The splits squats at the end are insane. You think you're doing good, then the burpees are like ok this is hard and the squats are like this guy is crazy. Had to give myself a few seconds between the sets at the end

Everyone driving by was probably trying very hard not to stare at the shredded shirtless guy jumping on a stone wall with a camera man. The things Jeff does to stay mega lean. Whatever it takes

irony of showing a workout to do while your power is out because of the hurricane is realizing you probably need power to watch this video haha

I agree with you, I've been doing AthleanX for a while but have been watching his videos forever and its amazing how well he always looks.
