Hello, I am neo from thailand, I always following your guide, but now I got a problem.
I often feel pain on my shoulder and my elbow. Is that mean I doing it wrong or my workout is focusing on shoulder and elbow to much. When I workout I do chin up 180 times. Then, next day I do 200 push up and dips 350 times. Then, the day after I do swimming for 40 minutes minimised rest when I swim each round. One day rest, then go back to do chin up, push up, dips and swimming like a cycle. Those are my workout program and I always felt pain at elbow and shoulder, I do not feel much on my biceps and triceps I had thought dips and chin up will focus on biceps & Triceps. But it think it all about my shoulder. I am doing it wrong?

Hi Jeff, I've been through Athlean Xero and AX1 a few times in the past 12 months and had great results. I injured my sternum about 6 weeks ago and it's finally starting to heal but I've lost some of my chest gains in the meantime. My doctor said it has caused the cartilage between my ribs and sternum to swell and that is what's causing the pain. Could you please make a video on exercises that can help in recovering from this injury as it seems to be quite a common problem from what I've seen in forums etc? Failing that any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Can I simply say what a aid to seek out someone who really is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how one can bring an issue to gentle and make it important. Extra individuals need to read this and perceive this aspect of the story. I cant imagine youre not more fashionable because you definitely have the gift.

I need to lose weight and actually get in a state of having good fitness, but I have a medical condition: underactive thyroid is it still possible for me to achieve good fitness? or am I just going to die fat no matter how hard I try, when I try to do something about it.

But Jeff, you said that any bodyweight exercises can build muscle at ANY rep range as long it's done till failure. This sounds a bit contradictory, not hating, just a bit confused. Would really love it if you could respond.

I know this is an old video, however i have a question for you. What are your thoughts on a 5x5 with body weight if i use a weighted/isometric style of training? Thank you if you take the time to respond.
