12 reps. This weight will be the limiting factor in how much weight you can use, as you need to keep these dumbbells for the rest of your triceps finisher exercise. As soon as you reach failure on this first triceps exercise, you-ll immediately position yourself for the dumbbell incline triceps extensions. Here again, you are to perform as many reps as you can until your tris are on fire and you feel as if you-ve had enough. But guess what? You are only half way through your tricep workout finishing combo. The next exercise is the elbows tucked dumbbell bench press. This exercise is a french press variation that will keep pushing your triceps workout into the realm of overload while enlisting some additional help from the chest and deltoids to keep the pain coming. Rep out as many as you can until your arms feel as if they are going to drop on the floor with the dumbbells. Still not done yet however. It-s time to take it to the floor and perform one final bodyweight triceps exercises - the cobra pushups. This push up variation places the brunt of the load on the tris while minimizing the contribution of the chest. See how many reps you can get until your tricep muscles are just not able to give you anything else. The pump you should feel at the end of this tricep workout finisher should be one of the biggest you-ve ever felt. It-s workout techniques like this that take an average tricep workout and make it not only amazing, but much more capable of providing results. Most of the time, the average lifter will stop shortly after perceiving a discomfort during an exercise. This simply isn-t enough of a stimulus to give your triceps reason to grow any larger or come back any stronger. In order to force change in a muscle like the tris you need to challenge them. This is just one example of how to do that at the end of your tricep workouts. For a complete arm workout program that hits not only your triceps but also your biceps (and every other muscle in your body for that matter, head to and get the new Ultimate Arms program. Build up to an inch or more size on your arms in just 6 weeks by training like an athlete

Hi Jeff, I have a question that I hear different advice about. Ive recently taken up Muay Thai and at the moment I am current in the Cruiserweight class (As I am currently 180-182 lbs) however I would like to get into the Welterweight class (about 140 lbs) and I would like to know how can I do this without losing my muscular look. The advice I need is what types of exercises should I do? Should I do any kind of weight training? What should my diet be based around? The advice would be much appreciated Thanks: )

Do you have a week routine of work out already made that you would like to sell or give out with everything from Monday-Sunday including rest days. Also finishers for all muscle groups would be excellent. I have never heard anyone ever talk about finisher until this video. I cranked finisher for triceps today and oh lord I was burned to hell I couldn't even drive home for 1 hour had to rest and lay arms down.

Jeff, I REALLY look forward to your videos! I have one hour available 3 days a week (M, W, F) and I really like the HIT method of training. (One set) Can you do a video on what you would do for this? I have a bad thumb (osteoarthritis) and I would prefer to use machines if possible. I don't want to become Superman, just be able to do my usual stuff around the house and yard. Thanks! Love ya, man!

No disrespect, I'm feeling this cat but his -finishers- are normal sets during my normal workouts. On the days I'm feeling extra crazy one could only imagine what goes on lol. It feels good to know that in the world of fitness you're in the upper echelon when it comes to torturing yourself because you want to try and find your personal limit. And then bust thru that bish.

Hi Jeff just wondering if u did or have done a video on whey sensitivity and other sources of protein powder. For the longest time I didn't know what was wrong with me and thought that this is just the way my body is. but I did a food sensitivity test and my whey numbers were off the chart. Just wondering if anyone else has problems with whey and if u come across this much?

Thanks Jeff for great videos. They've helped me keep from damaging my shoulder and just got my order of your protein powder, RX3, recovery. Wow, delicious. I'm 64 and don't recover as quickly as I did 25 years ago. Just got back into bodybuilding after 25 years, I can feel the difference. Timing my sleep cycles as well for max recovery. Thanks a million.

Jeff I just wanted to say thank you. Before finding AthLEAN X I spent a year just moving metal. I lost about 20 pounds and gained a little bit of muscle in that year. In four months of following AthLEAN X I've lost 25 pounds, 4 in. off my waist, added 3 in. in my chest and 2 in. to my arms. I've also cut 20 minutes a day off my workout! Amazing! Thank you!

Hey Jeff! I am curious if you ever have done martial arts or even gymnastics. I am so amazed by how knowledgeable you are about so many things. Maybe one day you should do a video on how you got to where you are today and the who/what were the greatest influences in your life. Thanks again for great content!

I thought a finisher was supposed to be a workout by itself LololoL, I tried the shoulder one and they were sore for 2 days. Thank you Jeff for making another finisher, looking forward to more for other muscles groups. :)

Nice I tried this finisher and it burnt my arms! Can you make a video on triceps with bodyweight exercises only like the ones you already made for chest with bodyweight? This would really help me add variety to my workouts!
