Barbell rows aren't hard. Warm up with 245 then go up to 315-335 for reps using hook grip. I'm average strength, weigh 205, and am 46. Just do what you are able. It doesn't help you if you don't enjoy it or respect your limits, you won't pay your bills/mortgage faster.

Don't to heavy. please careful with your spine. just do the weight you can pull, but technic must true. if too heavy your weight, your form get wrong, and your workout is useless.
