Craig Capurso made his name competing in IFBB men's physique, but has recently gone deep into CrossFit. Training in the box has changed his mindset about how to achieve elite results. - 30 Days Out Training Program Chris: Crossfit is a dressed up version of circuit training. The only difference is they added complicated Olympic lifts that take years to master and then add an element of speed to it. As if doing the Olympic lift for speed isn-t dangerous enough, doing said lift for high reps will cause your form to fall apart when you fatigue. I-m not trying to hate on Crossfit, I-m just pointing out a few obvious flaws that I don-t see mentioned.
