# Absolutely pathetic KB clean/grip form! Sure to hurt someone who does this frequently and/or goes heavy!
# 'Kettlebell thruster' -- misuse of the name of a well-characterized KB exercise.
# Also, what's the point of -banded- plyo-squats! What's up with Bodybuilding. com's female coaches/instructors & banded squat-jumps! It's a dumb variation, that does not properly utilize the band nor the plyo component! Stop doing/promoting bad/useless exercises! Just do plyo-squats if cardio is the goal!
# Why do banded curls in -that- manner? Why not simply anchor the band under the feet! It's easier, gets rid of awkward postures (which may well become the limiting factor, rather than the target muscles (biceps) -- esp. after the good mornings & glute exercises) & less chances of slipping.
All in all, a really unstructured, poorly-thought-out workout!

What kind of mic do you use for instruction? I don't see a bulky waist band to go with the mic and I really like that idea better! Thank you in advance.

That's a rocking. I love these follow up workouts. These help us to complete the workout along with the trainer, virtually. So I won't get bored

She makes excuses look so easy and smooth. -I want to wipe my sweaty hands. yes it's a part of the exercise during burnout- --.
