hey man, question, how do i stay lean on a bulk just like you are? now yes i know genetics play a HUGE roll but I'm wondering because i made the switch from fat to skinny and I've been working out for a year now and I'm not sure if i should cut down for summer or try to lean bulk so i can continue to get lean mass on me while the summer is going on. I want to keep gaining as for i don't think i am big enough to cut down because i may look to skinny, so i want to keep building, I'm just really wondering how i can keep packing on muscle and adding very little fat at the same time. Right now I'm doing 5 workouts a week and HIIT cardio each of those 5 days as well, now will that put me in a cutting phase? or if I'm eating a lot can i still build my macros are 45f/200c/200p if you think i should change t

Wuss poppin' ryan, A whole lot of people won't have time to workout 6 days a week during the summer like we usually do. I am one of those guys so i was woundering, how often do i have to workout in order to maintain my strenght and physique during the summer? so my question is basicallt, what's the least amount of days required to go to the gym in order to maintain. Love u brah

Hey Brian
I just started the LOHILO routine to build some mass. I'm a basketball player and I'm 6'4 175 pounds and 17 years hold. How quickly do you think I can get to 187-190 pounds on the LOHILO? BTW I can honestly say that the first day of the week is the hardest workout I've done, my shoulders where a whole new kind of beat. Thanks bra, and keep doing what you do.

Hey Brian, I am on a full body workout 3-4 times a week, it's also not too bad for a beginner who is trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time- i'm getting greater results than I would on a bro split because a fullbody gives you all your compounds in one day which is amazing, just giving my two cents on the matter, cheers!

Just saw your week 24 of accutane dude i gotta say your chin and cheeks are clearing up so much looks like you have lost the small bumps on them, NICE BRAH not to long to go now for sure AND whats your view on weight lifting equipment like belts and adi powers! Thanks for answering the questions.

Sup brochacho, love the vids and happy to see your face clearing up. I wanted to ask how important is sleep in relation to bodybuilding? My sleep schedule sucks and I average about 5-6 hrs a night. I'm still able to notice my gainz but am I really missing out on more potential gainz? Thanks!

I've been following Lohilo for 2month (and I see some really good gains) but I'd like to change the bodypart split, so I'd like to have your opinion about the famous Arnold's chest&back supersets AND shoulders&arms supersets! Bro can't wait for your next Ask Brian LIVE!
