My question is: I'm at 22% body fat (ya I know it's a lot) but I am building serious size and I really want to get down to 12% by the end of the summer. I always try to cut and count calories but I always am to lazy to do it. I really need tips because I can feel my abs but it's just not showing. If u could answer this question I would appreciate it brah!

Hey man.
My trainer always tells me that bench presses are the best workout for the whole chest but I don't like that exercise a lot and week after week i get weaker on bench press wich I dont know why. 2 months ago I could lift 200 Lbs now 180-190 Lbs
It sucks
Is that exercise so important for the chest?
Thanx buddy

Hey Brian.
A few weeks ago you mentioned your forearms were tight i. e hurting. I have the same problem. Whereas you kept training I took almost two weeks of which kind of help but as soon as I got back to the gym my forearm (left arm) start hurting again. Any tips here? Should I just keep training?
Thanks!

hey dude! so i use the cables for reverse curl, i notice the problem you described with part of the range not putting tension on the muscles at the last 20 degrees of the motion. do i need to move further away? closer? be lower to the pulley? some mad physics shit.

Question. Do you do anything for injury prevention? I myself do rotation cuff exercises twice a week and stretch everyday. sometimes foam roll the places that need it. Also, Do you get any massages or therapy to fix knots and such or speed up recovery?

No benchpress? damn couldn't do that, it's one of my favorite exercises: )
And you should check out dan green, he's an awsome powerlifter, but also (imo) very aesthetic! But he's a genetic freak if you compare them with other powerlifters: )

Just started lohilo. Seems pretty good bro! On my hyper leg day, it seems like i can finish the workout in under a hour. What should i do? Add more exercise/sets? How often deload on that routine?

Are you going to take a multivitamin (containing vitamin A) after accutane is over? If so, how long would you wait after the treatment is over?

Just wondering how many years have you got under your belt of serious training? How your body looks right now suggests at least 4 years
