It's been 4 weeks now and I'm feeling like I'm leaning up pretty well! I've adjusted my calories to 3, 000 calories instead of 3, 100 and we'll see how that treats me. If you aren't losing at least 0. 5 lbs a week then you should drop your cals this week 100 as well. My strength is doing relatively well, which I'm pleasantly surprised with! I feel a bit smaller but the leanness is welcome! I'm off to Huntington for the US Open of Surfing tomorrow, you'll see the vLog next week

Humerusfitness, What is your take on Leroy Colberts idea of doing fullbody every other day for natural lifters. He says it is the most effective training routine for NATURAL lifters. He has made alot of videos about this and hes take on it sounds very logical and might even be true. For him it worked considering he build hes physique solidly on fullbody workouts. He also mentions that split routines with training bodyparts only once a week has evolved as steroids were introduces and its an steroids user way to train. I myself have never trained fullbody and i'm very curious what you think of this. After i'm done with the routine i'm testing now i'll start a routine where i train fullbody every other day to try it out.

I've been on a very low carb diet the Dukan diet and have lost weight 35 pounds but I've now learned that it's not all that good for you, I want to continue with weight loss and have works out all the correct macros but it's A lot higher in carbs and fat than the Dukan diet and I'm just wondering if I will put weight back on and if you could tell me the best way to come off a low carb diet. (The macros I worked out is still for cutting)

Hey Brian! Glad everything is going well. Matt major mentioned drop sets in his last video. Is it okay to do that all the time or is it better to start low to warm up?
