MAKING GAINS & BREAKING MY WRIST Biceps, Vegan Muscle Tips & Ep. 4! Im lightdark00: So what's the purpose of this muscle gain? Are you going into fitness competitions, you want to be a bouncer, you want to beat up a bouncer, or you got a gig replacing the work animals do on a farm?
Your intro is 10 seconds in which you can easily state the wanted results of this challenge in a text screen, that people could pause and read. More muscles you don't use in life means you need to eat more and keep paying for the gym. I'm certainly not against exercise. I love cycling, running, and gardening, all in the outdoors.

First off love your videos! Second, I have been dealing with a femoral head stress fracture since late June and am still in recovery. I am a long distance runner so have had to find other outlets to get my cardio in! The bike has become my friend and I have now had the ability to lift weights upper body and get lots of glute and lower back physical therapy in. It is not an ideal situation but am hoping to come back stronger! Please if anyone has tips I would love to hear them

Oefff looks like it hurts. Get wel soon. But on an other note, that thing you did with the curl fixing your back, i use a similar thing for standing cable rows. One of the machines is close to a wall and i fix my back against it so i cant lean back into the motion. I get lower back pain with a normal row and with fixing my back against the wall i have little to no pain.

Get well soon man. Low-key I was scared you had got injured trying to lift to much. But honestly I respect your perseverance and upbeat attitude. For the past few years I've been working around an injury of my own so I am excited to see what's next so i can get some more ideas as well. As always you are awesome and great video.
