Are Vegan Families Killing Their Kids? (ft. Jon Venus) Jasmine: I've been vegan for almost 10 years. Always whole foods based, supplementing my necessary vitamins, eating a good macro split with protein and healthy fats. I did great for the first 5 years. Then my hair started falling out. A lot. Doctors couldn't help, told me to use rogaine. I got my vitamin levels checked, everything looked fine on paper. I kept eating vegan. Then, as my hair continued to fall, my skin started getting very wrinkley for my age, and what hair I did have started turning gray-all of it. Then, my teeth and gums started having issues. Kept eating vegan. Then, my stomach started having extreme pains, and I was in the ER, with no answers. I started looking up my combination of symptoms- and found a lot of other long term vegans with the same issues. My heart is breaking, thinking about eating eggs, dairy, meat, but I do also care about myself, I am also an animal. If my dogs were loosing hair, teeth, and having stomach pain, I would do anything for them, including feeding them any and all animal products they needed. I've heard of a few very long term vegans thriving, but only very few. Most look like shit, no offense to them. I'm about to do an experiment- try eggs + fish in my diet for 2 months. If there is some major improvement, I'm not vegan anymore. If no improvement, I get to go back to being vegan. I'm just not convinced it's really healthy for humans to eat no animals anymore.

Every cradle is a grave
I think most vegans would agree that to impose our will on other sentient beings unnecessarily for our pleasure is unethical. So it would always confused me How we would consider procreation OK. as much as I wish it was, Veganism is not genetic but physical and psychological deformities are. We are not Gods so we shouldn't play it how do you mitigate disease suffering anguish. and then there's the argument that you created another consumer to feed off child labor. I truly from the bottom of my heart I wish all the best for parents and kids out there the vast majority of people on this Earth do not live admirable lives or life that you would wish upon a loved one visit in a retirement home and you'll realize that the end is unpleasant for most of us. Over 7. 53 billion how much is enough?

I tried being a vegan for a number of years. but I did not do well. I am pretty much vegetarian now. though I will eat an occasional sirloin patty. I do not eat a lot of animal products. one egg, about l cup milk and some cheese once a day. in addition to a lot of starches. bread mainly. and vegetables and fruits. I do very well with this. whole natural foods. no commercial processed ones. I did not add a lot of animal products. just a little bit made a lot of difference. Our bodies tell us what to eat. My concern would be that a child is not given opportunity to select the foods that may be the best for him or her. I did not do well on strict plant diet. We are all different.

Where I'm from, most of my classmates have health issues and are overweight. It's even harder to see that in elementary school children. They feed them hot dogs and greasy pizza with milk, corn syrup fruit, and veges drowned in butter and the school calls it healthy. Kids are allowed to buy 3 milk cartons, but when I wanted soymilk, they said I needed a doctor's note.

After the weaning period, the childrens' digestion is already developed enough to digest the foods we all eat, even plant foods which we are adapt to eat, sure more sensitive, but still. So honestly, i see no issue, the only time a child would get sick is due to some underlying issue or the parent intentionally or unintentionally providing poor nutrition.

So Cholesterol is raised byObesity, Smoking, Lack off exercise, high blood pressure, Stress, Genetic Factors, Diet, Medecine, Medical Conditions. And all vegans is saying that only meat and Saturated fat is the cause of hight cholesteron and all ilneses. And Vegans dont know difrence betwen chichen breast and butter.

I find it odd that people say that the vegan diet is super healthy yet they spend like 2 minutes talking about supplements they take because of the lack in nutrients in vegan foods. Not mentioning all the anti nutrients like oxalates and phytic acid vegans consume regularly.

My daughters sharp canine teeth say otherwise. homo sapiens and Neanderthals ate meat which is what makes up your genome dummies. Do You see giraffes eating meat? No. Not eating any at all isnt smart. Only fruits and veggies and organic grass fed fresh meat

Argh these vegan psychopaths, can you believe that they've even infiltrated the babyfood market and 99% of it is vegan by default? Babies eating fruits and vegetables? They should be eating nothing but liver and isolated squid tentacle 7

Great video, love when you blokes collab! So hard to see people reposting articles when a child or baby dies on a vegan diet, but yet they never talk about it when non-vegan babys die due to diet.
