When i first clicked on the video and saw you were getting your hair chopped of I wondered if you knew about donating and was just about to message you then saw you had already found somewhere, its a brilliant thing to do, helping a child to overcome so much by literally giving them something that would have gone in the bin! Well done Brian and also, 18 inches! Thats incredible, you will be giving a little girl a dream come true to have long hair. By the way, long hair or short hair, it doesnt matter, what does is that you are a wonderful, kind and compassionate human being, keep being you, thats what we all love and respect. Xxx

I've grown my hair out 3 separate times for donation purposes. Started doing it when my dad was diagnosed with non hodgkin's lymphoma and given 3 years to live 15 years ago. I've done it every time his cancer has come out of remission. It happened again this year (he's doin great, out of chemo and back to work the man is ridiculous. My hairs not too long yet but this is round 4. I commend you on doing this Brian and I would encourage anyone out there to give it a shot. It's a very rewarding experience.

I ve done it twice in my mid to late twenties. Feels great, and being bald (in my case) felt like great symbolism of actually doing something for somebody else. The fact that it s free and just takes time and effort to keep it nice, knowing it s going to a needing kid, is a demonstration of serving others. Nice job Brian!
Side note: I recall feeling/saying it wasn t my hair, i was just holding onto it for a friend. Lol

Awesome job, dude! I'm 29 and have been growing mine for a couple of years now to do this exact thing, problem is I'm noticing more and more grey hairs appearing so I might just get away with donating this time around but next time they might end up selling it off it doesn't look like you've got any greys yet but it might be something to consider if you see any appearing ha! Either way, well done, Brian!

I remember short hair Brian and he was just as cool and full of ambition, tenacity, love as long hair Brian. Its cool that you're donating your hair. I lost my hair due to alopecia it rapidly fell out after my mom passed away. So I understand how it feels to lose your hair.

You are a really good person, and you must be the most positive person on the internet. I remember short haired Brian because the first video I ever saw of you was trying British snacks with OTB & LP. You suit the short hair, but we've got used to the long locks too.

I donate my hair too, I understand your feeling, I cry when I cut my hair but not bc losing the hair, I cry bc I can see someone somewhere enjoying my hair and smile. I when from long hair to pixie. Have a beautiful day.

Yay, I am glad you were able to finally do it! It looks great and you look great either way. I think the long hair was sometimes distracting from your personality a bit so it'll be nice to see you without it.

I cut my hair back in June after 7 years of growing it out. I don t regret it one bit. I might grow it out again in a few years because the journey is much fun: )
