Yo bro, I've got a question. Over the last months, maybe half a year - 9 months, I feel like I've lost the ability to get these crazy pumps during my workouts. I know that some people have problems with certain pumps - such as Lats etc, but I feel like I've completely lost the ability to get one, no matter what I do. I can't even seem to get a pump in my calves, which everybody seem to be able to if you just pump out alot of reps. My diet's in check, bulking. around 3. 6k, 200 surplus, 15% calories from fat, 1g of protein per lb, and rest carbs, and I'm running a Push/Pull/legs. All my lifts are going way up, and I'm definately getting TICKER, MORE SOLID, AND TIGHTER: D, but I can't seem to get a SICK pump, not even from drop sets etc. It's not really a big problem as I'm growing, but do you have any idea why my body doesn't give me these pumps anymore? Cheers!

Hey brian i noticed i never see you use wrist straps or anything like that. How do you manage to keep your grip when lifting heavier weight? My grip tends to give out on either the last two sets or last few reps each set and its a bit annoying because i know i can pull the weight strength wise.

brian is it ok to stagger and move your feet when you are doing lest say a chest workout? because when im on a flat bench i tend to like wiggle my feet around a bit, especially on like my last 2 reps

Instead of sitting up, lay face down on a bench with 15% incline to do your reverse dumbbell flys - it will be alot more comfortable and you can focus more on contraction

I have a strong chest could isolate it with heavy weight. But when It comes to pressing I can't go as heavy because my shoulders just give up. Any tips: ?

When it comes to incline presses you can take the pressure off your shoulders by taking in your elbows more, hope it will help; D
